Terms and Definitions
3.1 plug valve assembly: to plug as the main body, according to the special requirements of gas ovens, accompanied by the corresponding additional devices and become a whole gas control device.
3.2 Additional devices: additional devices means the piezoelectric ignition, flame protection and other features to meet the special requirements of the gas oven device.
A valve is to meet the CE, CSA certification requirements of the valve, B-class valve is for some special customers, the valve can be divided into two categories, Market and the development of the valve, part of the inspection standards than the A-level valve is low; this standard if there is no special instructions, all of the terms applicable to both A-level valve and B-class valve;
4 Category:
According to the large oven company currently uses the plug valve assembly can be divided into:
A. without stop flame protection device plug valve assembly (referred to as: plug valve)
B. with plug-in protection device plug valve assembly (referred to as: the valve)
Technical Requirements
5.1 Performance requirements
5.1.1 Air tightness
5.1.1.1 Plug valves at 20kPa pressure, the leakage should be less than 0.2ml / Min; Detection in the following order:
1. Check the internal leakage - adjust the spool in the closed position, the stem in a free state, measured air tightness;
2. Check the external leakage - adjust the spool in the open position (maximum fire position), stem in a free state, blocking the outlet, measured air tightness;
5.1.1.2 extinguishing valve at 20kPa pressure, the leakage should be less than 0.2ml / Min; Detection in the following order:
1. Check the solenoid valve leakage - adjust the spool in the closed position, the stem in a free state, measured air tightness;
2. Check the internal leakage - adjust the spool in the closed position, the valve stem is under pressure, measured air tightness;
3. Check the external leakage A - adjust the valve core in the open position (maximum fire position), the stem is under pressure state, blocking the outlet, measured air tightness;
4. Check the external leakage B - adjust the gas valve core in the open position (minimum fire position), the valve stem is under pressure state, blocking the outlet, measuring air tightness; (This check for double-loop valve, check the outer ring leakage)
5.1.1.3 To check the spool, the valve body processing accuracy and with precision, can be carried out with dry tightness test, only check the internal leakage, the leakage should be less than 0.6ml / Min, if the spool or valve body grinding, Dry leakage can be relaxed to 2.0 ml / Min.
